Can I order by check, P.O. or some other method?

At this time, the payment method available for purchasing a report is via credit card, using our secure order form. Doing so allows you to immediately download your report. You may also call (800) 220-5000 to place your order with a customer service representative. In both cases, you will receive an email confirmation of your order which will include a link to download your report; that email serves as your receipt of purchase.

What is your return policy?

If you do not feel the information provided in the report you purchased will help you do your job better, you may return it - no questions asked - within 7 days, and we will refund the full purchase price.

After requesting a refund, please wipe the PDF or electronic copy from your computer's hard drive and destroy any printed copies. Then send a signed letter to the address below indicating that you have done so.

I can't download my report.

PBP Executive Reports are available for immediate download upon purchase via a link on the confirmation page. You also receive a link to download your report in your confirmation email.

If you are having problems accessing or downloading your purchased report, please call (800) 220-5000 or email customercare@PBPExecutiveReports.com, and we can send it to you directly upon verifying your order.

If you are having trouble opening the file, make sure that you have Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Reader to open PDF files.

Can I reproduce or pass out the report?

Yes, once you purchase the report, you can distribute it to co-workers as you see fit. That is a core benefit of PBP Executive Reports, the ability to freely share the information with your managers and staff to improve the entire organization. However, you may not, share it with anyone outside your organization, republish it in another form or resell it. Please refer to the Terms of Use for further explanation.

Do any reports come in a hardcopy or book format?

The format of PBP Executive Reports is a full color PDF file which is available as an immediate download once you place your order. You can then save and print that file as you choose.
